Two Levels to Start With 5linx
There are two representative levels that you can start out with:
- Independent marketing representative : $249 fee
- Customer representative : $99 fee
In a lot of the documentation, these are called IMR and CR respectively, so it might be helpful to remember the acronyms. If you begin at the IMR level, you are eligible for weekly and quick-start bonuses right away.
However, you can decide to begin at the CR level and upgrade to an IMR by purchasing a “Success System Kit” or acquiring a certain amount of customer points. This is different than many other MLM companies that require representatives to start at the higher level right away without giving them a chance to try out the system first.
Additionally, there are eight different leadership levels. These include two levels of trainers, two levels of directors, and four levels of vice presidents. It is important to remember these because advancing up to the higher levels within the company impacts your compensation.
How Does The 5linx Compensation Plan Work?
Before you can understand the 5linx compensation plan, it might be helpful to understand some of the valuable services that you can market. These include Cable TV, home electricity, heating oil, and security systems – just to name a few.
The good thing about these services is that they are monthly, and that means you can earn money every month from just one sale. This chance to earn residual income off of one sale is another benefit to this program.
Also, keep in mind that your compensation depends upon your level. The higher up you go, the more you get paid for your own sales. However, as you advance and build your own active organization, you can also earn money from the sales of your downline.
This company rewards people at every level both for making direct sales and recruiting new people into the company.
Obviously, the compensation structure depends upon your level. For example, an IMR or CR can earn 2 percent off of sales each month. A trainer can earn 2 percent off their own sales, but they also earn another 1 percent from the sales of people that they have recruited into their team. But besides the residual income that you get from each sale, you can also earn bonuses for productivity.
Is The 5linx Compensation Plan Generous?
The good thing about this MLM is that it gives representatives a chance to earn recurring income. This is a good way to build a sustainable business.
While you will need to keep producing, it is nice to know that your income should keep growing each month as you bring in more customers and help others build a business.
