The amount of income earned from Melaleuca is determined by three factors:
1. The number of customers;
2. The amount spent by each customer every month;
3. The effectiveness in building a multilevel marketing organization that includes marketing executives who help you expand your own customer base, while building their own businesses.
Commissions and bonuses are all based on product sales to end consumers, which provides a monthly residual income for years into the future.
End consumers are customers who purchase products for use in their homes.
Every time a customer purchases a product, you will be paid a commission.
Ways to Earn on the Melaleuca Compensation Plan
As a marketing executive, there are many ways that you can earn commissions and bonuses:
– Product Introduction
A commission of $25 is paid when you enroll a quality preferred customer and $50 – $100 if the customer purchases a Value Pack or an Essentials Pack.
– Personally Enrolled Customers
You will earn 7%, 14%, or 20% of product points purchased by your personal customers from the second month.
– Organization Commissions
A 7 % commission is paid on product points purchased by customers enrolled by others in your team.
– Once-Off Advancement Bonus or Pacesetter Bonus
For each new status you achieve, you will receive a one time bonus. If you advance rapidly through the director ranks, you will qualify for double the amount of these bonuses, which could amount to $13,200 from said bonuses.
– Leadership Development
Whenever a personal marketing executive advances to a director or above, you will earn an amount of 50% of the advancement or pacesetter bonus paid to the executive at each stage.
– Leadership Pools
Based on the increase in new customers in your business, you will qualify for participation in a monthly leadership pool.
– Leadership Growth Bonus
Taken over a rolling three month average, senior directors on commission rate and above may qualify for a leadership growth bonus, which is paid from the leadership pool for net growth over a month.
Senior directors will receive a $500 bonus and executive and corporate directors will receive $1,000 and $2,000 respectively, depending on their status.
– Car Bonus
$400 bonus is paid to senior directors and $1,000 bonus to executive directors towards the car of their choice.
How Much Can You Earn as a Starter?
Once you have determined your category of participation, there is no limit to the amount you can earn on the Melaleuca compensation plan. It all depends on your personal commitment, the available time you have, your ability to learn from others, and duplicate their efforts, as to the amount of success you will enjoy.
As an example, in 2012 marketing executives who advanced to senior directors and above on the advancement and pacesetter schedules earned significant incomes from their businesses. The lowest income for that year was $24,434 and the highest $327,521, which comes to an average of $62, 326.
– 20/20 Club
Marketing Executives will earn a 20/20 club award for when they have 20 personally enrolled preferred customers.
– Certificate of Achievement & Recognition
Each advancement to a new status is awarded with a certificate of achievement, together with a gold pin to signify the newly achieved status and recognition in the Leadership in Action magazine.
